Method:-
- Take fresh lychee, lime juice, and mint leaves.
- Muddle the lychee, lime juice, and mint leaves together until well combined.
- Add ice to a cocktail shaker.
- Pour Emperor Lychee Vodka and honey into the shaker.
- Shake the mixture well to combine the flavors.
- Prepare a serving glass with ice and a slice of lime and lychee for garnish.
- Strain the shaken mixture into the prepared serving glass.
- Top it off with sparkling water.
